This year, we are celebrating the 8th Viray Festival and Santa Ana being dubbed as the Top Tourist Destination in 2018 because of its beautiful and breathtaking beaches, we are hosting a SAND SCULPTING COMPETITION on May 27, 2023 at LGU Beach Centro, Santa Ana Cagayan, 6:30 am as one of the activities on the said festival.the participants will receive the following:
1st place – P 8,000.00
2nd place – P 6,000.00
Consolation – P 2,000.00
The competition is a First Come-First Served basis because we shall only have a maximum of 8 participating groups.
