OFFICE ACTIVITIES

The Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) is responsible for regulating and issuing permits and licenses to businesses operating within a local government’s jurisdiction. To improve the ease of doing business, our municipality have established a Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) program that streamlines the BPLO process by creating a single location where entrepreneurs can complete all the necessary requirements to start a business. At the BOSS, business owners can apply for permits and licenses, secure clearances, and pay fees all in one place. The BPLO staff at the BOSS also provides assistance to business owners with questions regarding regulations, taxes, and other requirements. This initiative aims to reduce the time and cost of starting a business, and to encourage more entrepreneurs to invest in the local economy.
