The 4-H CLUB SANTA ANA OF REGION 2 was represented by 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗼 and headed by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗼𝗮 bagged 1st place in the National Excellent Achievers Award (NEAA) 2024- Head Category during the 71st Farm Youth (4-H) National Convention with the theme “RELIVE the 4-H in YOUth: Re-energizing and Empowering 4-H Leaders in Valuable Agri-Fishery Engagements ” at Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte, Philippines on June 18-21,2024.
The 4-H CLUB STA. ANA has been raising its name to the National Level for two consecutive years.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND STATUS

The Viray Festival of Santa Ana, Cagayan is a vibrant and colorful celebration that showcases the rich culture and traditions of the town. It is held annually every 26th through 28th of May as stipulated in Local Ordinance 57-2020.

The festival features a variety of events and activities, including a street parade, cultural presentations, dance competitions, sports tournaments, and a grand coronation night for the festival queen(Miss Viray) .

The festival also features a variety of food stalls, selling local delicacies and cuisine. Visitors can sample a range of delicious dishes and snacks, smoothies and streetfoods. As to the entertainment, Carnival is just few blocks away from the festival site.

Overall, the Viray Festival is a must-see event for anyone interested in experiencing the vibrant culture and traditions of Santa Ana, Cagayan.
